RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Leaves and Roots Nursery, we take pride in providing high-quality plants and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable and living nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a plant has left our nursery or been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect plant, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Send photos and a brief explanation to: admin@leavesandrootsnursery.com

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Plants damaged due to improper care after purchase

  • Late notifications beyond 48 hours

  • Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer

Delivery Disclaimer

We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or absence during scheduled drop-offs. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
